The room was spacious and beautifully designed. It was perfect for relaxation. the bed was comfortable, and i appreciated the attention to detail. i enjoyed relaxing by the pool, as the atmosphere was peaceful, and the location allowed easy access to nearby places.
the staff seemed distracted with wedding events, which impacted their thoroughness. our keys weren't configured correctly for the floors and executive lounge, and we had to return to reception twice. also, luggage delivery to the room took an unexpectedly long time.

The shower constantly changed temperature. Hot, very hot, then cold. i burnt myself under the shower. It was not acceptable.
